Floreer Natuurlik is a health and wellness practice that focusses on the body, soul and spirit, through DNA based personal lifestyle and diet assessments, functional super food workshops, targeted DNA supplementation recommendations and food intolerance. The website required by the client was to minimize her manual booking process with clients and enhance and fastrack the process of her clientele. The online booking system that were added onto the website enabled online bookings and payments, as well as prevent future duplicate bookings. The plugin used for the online booking, originally did not want to save the scheduled bookings within the plugin even if the payments have been made, which caused that the initial idea of an online centralized booking system irrelevant. The problem was however resolved by reaching out to the creators of the plugin, which then logged into the website and fixed the bug that were causing the plugin to fail. After the creators fixed the bug, the plugin worked without any further problems, and the client could manage all her bookings through an automated scheduling and payment portal.
